 1月1日讯 前中国女篮球员赵爽更新社媒，晒出萌娃照并祝大家元旦快乐。 赵爽写道：“报告：2023年生了个可爱胖墩墩，祝大家元旦快乐。” 赵爽1990年6月21日出生于黑龙江牡丹江，2008年赵爽代表沈部丹东裕龙女子篮球队出战WCBA，2010年赵爽帮助球队夺得了WCBA总冠军。2011年4月，赵爽首次入选国家集训队大名单。2011年8月，在24届亚洲锦标赛上，赵爽帮助中国女篮获得了冠军。 2022年1月4日，赵爽在微博宣布退役。同年8月，赵爽在微博公布了自己的婚讯。
